Introduction:

YUZL series vertical vibration motor is a new type vertical vibration motor,and it replaces the old vibration mode. YUZL series vertical vibration motor uses advanced single-flange structural, sophisticated design, reliable and safety operation. It owns high durability. Single-flange vibration motor has two forms, they are upper flange and medium flange. There are some differences in the application, the upper flange has big knockout press, it is also used in the filter vibration screening, in other words it is a vibration motor for screening liquids. The medium flange has a big exciting force and often is used for screening the powdered materials. The single flange makes convenient maintenance and installation of vertical vibration motor, and it can mitigate the weight of machine, reduce the overall size, simplified the structure of the host, reduce the cost, that can make the machine handles a large amount of materials. The exciting force can be adjusted easily in a certain range, meet the needs of various operations.

YZUL Series Vertical Vibration Motor Application:

YZUL series vertical vibration motor, three-phase asynchronous motor or induction motor, is vibration source of all types of general-purpose machinery. Such as vibrating feeder, vibrating conveyor, vibrating dryer, vibrating screen, vibrating hopper and vibration platform. It can be widely used in electricity, building materials, grain, coal, mining, metallurgy, chemical, cement and other industries.

YZUL Series Vertical Vibration Motor Working principle:

The YZUL type vibration motor is a vibration source combined with the power source and vibration source. The vibrating motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at the two ends of the rotor shaft, and the exciting force is generated by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and the eccentric block. Which is easy to adjust the horizontal and vertical direction, inclination of multiple excitation force by the motor itself, the rapid formation of plane material dispersion, center aggregation, planar rotation, 3D rotation and various motion modes, used to control the discharge speed and processing accuracy index of mechanical properties, with its unique structural characteristics to adapt to different mechanical on the source of vibration requirements.

Durable bearing: Durable ZWZ bearing or HRB bearing gurantee the stable motor operation and longer service time. Import NSK bearing or SKF bearing could be customized and mounted too according to clients requirements.
Higher adaptation: YZUL series vibrating motor could be used in extreme temperate from low temperature -40℃ to high temperature 40℃. The fine powder environment could be used too due to its perfect sealing structure.
Customizing service support: A.The vibrating motor specifications could be customized. Different Voltage condition 120V, 220V, 380V, 415V, 450V. 2 pole 3000rpm, 4 pole 1500rpm, 6 pole 1000rpm. Single phase or 3 phase 50HZ or 60HZ are all available according to clients special requirements. B: The vibrating motor size could be customized too according to clients’ requirements.
